She has brought to the business an array of specialty items, created through years of experience being in the restaurant industry. She pulls her experience from owning a small, family atmosphere cafe and a fine dining restaurant and varying catering businesses.

Having over 5 years of experience in the Inflight Catering industry, Hollie has been taken on to help better service our clientele.
